7-day Refund Policy

When you cancel your account, refunds are not automatic. You will need to contact us directly within seven days of the charge to receive a refund. Cancellations are defaulted to be set at the end of your billing cycle. We will not issue a refund for any months outside of our refund policy.

Refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge on your account, not for charges from the prior month or additional charges added to your account. We hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts and active subscriptions.

If you meet these conditions, please contact [email protected] to begin the discussion about a possible refund. We ask that you cancel your account first to process a full refund to speed up the potential refund process.

We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Your refund request will be timestamped and honored when you send your email. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
